Playa Parguito

Just south of Playa El Agua, Parguito is where Margarita comes to surf. The waves roll in bigger here, and on a good day the water is full of boards — it's the island's go-to beach for surfers and bodyboarders and has a young, energetic feel.

Even if you don't surf, it's a great place to watch the action from a lounger, with kiosks for drinks and snacks along the sand. Swimmers should take care: the surf that makes it good for boards can be strong.
